Once you have a newsworthy idea and opportunity now it’s time to create a compelling title for your press release. Your title is going to play a huge role in your press release strategy. If you do it right not only your press release can be published on different sites but also people want to share your content even more.

Write Your Press Release Lead
Lead is your press release opening paragraphs or your introduction paragraphs. It has so much potential that it can make or break your entire press release. Be very cautious and selective when choosing words for your lead. It is as important as your post title.
You have to optimize your post’s first paragraph or your first 3–5 sentences in a way so it could grab the attention and interest of journalists.
Start Writing Your Press Release Body
Now we have a newsworthy idea, a great title, and a lead. Now it’s time to start writing the body of the press release. And yes, it’s also very important that you should better optimize your body.
Write In The Third Person
When writing your press release body always remember to write in 3rd person. Don’t use the words, I, Me, We, and You.
Instead of writing:

“XYZ company has launched their new product with lots of new features”
Make It Easily Skimmable
You should also optimize your press release for skimmers. It has to be easily skimmable.
Use States And Figures
Whenever it’s possible to add states and references to authority studies and sources, don’t waste the chance. Always try to add states in your press releases.
It’s optional. If you like to add any relevant quote in your press release, then it can improve your formatting and structure. But it’s up to you. You can skip it if you want.
